This Monro is hands down the best service shop I’ve ever been to! The entire crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They treated me like a priority and kept me involved in every step of the process.

Whenever I go to Monroe Auto Shop I get the best service from them. They make sure that my car is serviced with the right care. If something needs to be fixed, they explain to me in language I understand and the tell me how much. They do great service with employees who are very helpful and knowledgeable.

4th of July, late afternoon. Last place in the world was to get in car and go anywhere, but sent to get watermelon, some celebration gathering. And a few blocks from home, "tire needs air immediately" light comes on. I get to pump and tire doesn't inflate. Google closest tire repair. Pep Boys. Make online appt. Get there cautiously as tire is sounding noisy. Walk in, and they see I've made an appt. But they haven't got a technician. Come back on Wednesday. It is Saturday. They apologize and suggest Monro a couple doors down. I walk over and like an oasis in the desert, they're open, and staffed, and busy as hell, and Tony welcomes me, and though he is just finishing his shift, and cleaned up and readying to leave for a family holiday party, he's all in. Super friendly. Super service-oriented. Super super human. The fix is towards repair, and not upsell. Super patient care. Austin, one of his colleagues, kindly explains things, while Tony, takes his personal vehicle to a neighboring shop for part needed. Tony returns. He does the necessaries and the car is back on task, watermelon and goodies to come, and these Munro Super stars reminding all that holidays are meant to be for no

I spoke to someone in the shop and made an appointment for Monday at 1pm for a state inspection. Left work early and had my coworker in the parking lot only to be told they will have to cancel my appointment. Was not contacted ahead of time. Was told to come Thursday at 7:30am and I could drop off my car and at the end of day pick up my car. Arrived at 4:30pm only to be told they their system had to update and to come in again 7:30am on Friday. Was never contacted or notified and confirmed they had the correct phone number. Came in on Friday at 7:30am and they didn’t even touch my car until 8:15am. Was extremely late for work when it was finally completed. I understand this happening once but 3 times I had to leave work and ask a coworkers to pick/drop me off. This was unacceptable and I hope they do better for someone else.

Omg! Worst experience ever! I went in to get a slow leak looked at since the tire I bought from them in September was still insured. I got checked in and after sitting in the waiting room for 3 hours, the guy at the desk asked me if I was checked in and I said yes. He asked me "who checked you in?" To which i responded "um, you did?!" I asked him if they could fix my tire and he said yes. They found a small roofers nail and plugged the hole. I drove home and around midnight I noticed my tire was completely flat. I had to call roadside assistance to put on the spare for me so I could make it to my early morning doctor appointment the next day. I drove my car back the next day and asked them to just replace the tire. They charged me $75 even though they couldnt patch a small hole in a tire the day before and wasted a whole other day. All of my interior lights came on during this including check engine and when I brought it up, they said it had nothing to do with them. They also scratched the hell out of my rim trying to get the tire bolts off. I paid the money and literally ran out of there.
